Especially for KS1, and great for using with an interactive whiteboard, is the the BBC Northern Ireland schools website Musical Mysteries. You can have fun solving the musical mysteries on the site. Children can compose their own music and find out about different sounds, rhythms, moods and musical instruments. They also learn about the orchestra and each setcion has an interactive gane to focus what’s just been learnt.
